1. Upgrade is a generally available release of the Software that contains functional enhancements, extensions or fixes. Customers may upgrade to a major release at a discounted price (e.g., PDFelement 6 >> PDFelement 7).
2. Update is a generally available release of the Software that introduces a limited amount of new features, functionality and minor enhancements, fixes. Customers can obtain updates free of charge during valid software period (e.g., PDFelement 7.4.5 >>PDFelement 7.4.6).
Your yearly plan gives you uninterrupted access to new versions and releases of your entitled software: PDFelement Standard or PDFelement Pro desktop software - including free software updates during the valid period.
By default, a subscription is set to automatically renew to ensure there's no disruption in your services and access to the product. Automatic renewal ensures that everything is taken care of in advance and allows time to resolve any issues with payment. You will be notified by email before your card is charged.
Your account billing date is set on the day you first buy something on subscription from Wondershare. From that day on, that's the date we'll charge your payment option if there are any pending charges like an annual billing for a software product.
