You can follow these simple steps to convert your PDF to xlsx.

Step 1. Adding PDF Files for Converting to XLSX

Download the app(You can try the trial version if you are looking to get accustomed to the app, before buying it). Click on the Wondershare PDFelement from the desktop and open it.

Open your PDF files needed to be converted to Excel xlsx by clicking "Open..." button on the main interface.

Step 2. Click “TO EXCEL” to Convert PDF to XLSX

In the main screen, there will be multiple options under “Home” tab namely “To Word”, “To Excel” and so on. Click on “To Excel”. You will be directed to a dialog box titled “Convert To Excel”. On the right hand corner of the screen, you can see a drop down with the default option chosen as “Excel (*.xlsx)”.

Step 3. Set Other Options in Convert PDF to XLSX Accutately

Click on the button “Add Files” on the top left of the dialog box. There will be a drop down to choose either “Add Files” or “Add Folders”. You can either add files or add a complete folder for conversion. Select the PDF file that you want to convert. Once you have added, you will be able to see the file names listed down in the screen.

To the right of the file names, there will be another drop down titled “Page Range”. You can choose the pages that you want to convert, if there is anything specific by clicking on this option.

Step 4. Converting PDF to XLSX

Once you have added the files and selected the pages, you can click on the tab marked “Convert” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. By Default the converted files will be saved in the desktop under a folder named “PDFelement”. If you want to change the destination folder, you can click on the button “Browse” and choose the folder. You have to do this prior to conversion.

Now the converted file will be available to you in the destination folder in a matter of few seconds for your use.
