Launch PDFelement on your computer. Click the "Open" button or go to "File" and "Open" to choose the PDF document from your computer. Then your document will be loaded into the program.
Click on the "Edit" tab and then go to the "Add Image" button. The option is now available via the pop-up window to choose an image from the hard disk. Follow the path to select the image file to be inserted. Click on "Open". The image file is imported into the PDF.
You have the option to edit the image in different ways. Go to "Edit", and "Edit Objects". Click on the image. Light blue borders are now visible.
