In order to create an effective and legitimate Employment Verification Letter one must know what are the content that is needed to be in the letter. Here is the step by step procedure on how to make one:
1. Verify the use of the letter so that the writer would be exposed and will have an idea on what are the correct words to use.

An Employment Verification must go through some format depending on the use of the letter or even may depends on the will of the maker as long as it tackles the right contents. It is always important to have a format especially for these type of letter to show some formality. This letter doesn’t need to be long and deep like a novel; it only needs some specific information about the job title and description of the employee. It must also clearly state the name of the company, the employer, the address of the jobsite, the date of employment and some authorizing and confirming signature by the authorized employer.
