Method 1

Step 1. Choosing the PDF for Exporting to Excel

Launch your Wondershare PDFelement software from your desktop. You will see multiple options on the screen like “To Word”, “To Excel”, “To PPT”, etc. Since our goal is to export from PDF to excel, let us choose the option “To Excel”. The system will open a dialog box where you can see a button “Add Files”. Click on this and choose the PDF that you want to export to Excel.

Step 2. Export PDF to Excel

You can also choose multiple files for batch conversion. If it is a scanned document, remember to click on the “Enable OCR” button.

You can choose either of the two from the drop down on the right hand side of the screen. Once you have chosen this option, you can now click on “Convert”. Your file will be exported in seconds.

Method 2

Step 1. Open PDF Files to Be Exported to Excel

Open Wondershare PDFelement and then click on the “Folder” shortcut icon on the top left side of the screen. Choose the PDF file you want to convert and open it.

Or you can click on the "Open..." button in the main interface.

Step 2. Edit PDF File to Be Exported to Excel (Optional)

If you want you can make changes to the PDF file using Wondershare PDFelement at this stage prior to conversion. You can click on "Edit" tab. You can "Add Text", "Add Image", "Link", "Highlight" etc.

Step 3. Export the PDF File to Excel
