Part 2How to Convert PNG into PDF

Step 1. Create PDF from PNG File

For Windows: On the Home window click on "Create PDF" and upload the PNG files. On Windows, you can also upload the PNG files by going to "Home" and then select the "From File" button.

For Mac: Click on the "Create PDF" button on the Home window. You can also go to "File > Create > PDF from File" and upload the PNG files.

Step 2. Use Customization Tools (Edit)

For Window: You will have to perform OCR if the image is scanned. Click on the notification that appears at the top of the Window. From there open the PDF file that you have performed OCR with the computer. Now click on "Edit" and choose whether to edit texts, edit objects, add texts, add links or add images on your PDF file.

For Mac: If it is a scanned image you will have to perform OCR. Click on the "Perform OCR" button and then open the converted file from the document with this tool. You will be able to change texts by click on the "Edit" button. You can also add images, change font style under the "Edit" button.

Step 3. Save PDF File

For Window: Lastly save your file by going to "File" and click on the "Save As" button.

For Mac: After editing, click on "File" and select "Save As" to save the PDF file on your Mac folder.
