Need to save RTF to PDF format, so you can share it with workmates or on the Internet more easily? To be honest, though RTF is a cross-platform format for documents, if people who haven’t installed Microsoft Office, they will not be able to open received RTF documents as well. And this will never happen to people if the files they received are in PDF format since there are so many free PDF readers to open PDF files. In this case, to make sure the success of distributing a RTF file, you should convert RTF to PDF format.
Wondershare PDFelement is a PDF toolkit which is embedded with numerous useful functions. It is capable of converting PDF to those popular document formats such as Word, PPT, Excel, and to even those uncommon formats, as TIFF, RTF, HTML or EPUB. Double click the quick start icon on the desktop to launch the RTF to PDF Converter after installation.
Click the "Home" Tab on the very top of the main interface. From the "Home" submenu, select "Create PDF" to import RTF files from your local folders. As you open it with Wondershare PDFelement, it will be opened as a PDF file. All you need is to save it a PDF file.
If you need to create a PDF documents from multiple formats, then you can turn to the "Combine" function. Combine means you can add a variety of RTF files, graphics, and images, etc. and combine them into a single PDF file. After clicking the "Combine Files" button, you'll see the Combine Files window. From here, just add needed files and click "Next" to combine these files into a single PDF file.
If you find any typo in a newly created PDF file, you can open the PDF file with the RTF to PDF tool. And then click the "Edit Text" button in the "Edit" menu to correct the typo. Additionally, you can also insert text or images to the newly created PDF if you need.
