How to Save PowerPoint as PDF

You just presented the results of your marketing campaign and key learning points that you found from executing your plan. It was a killer presentation that your boss totally loved. He asked if I would mind sharing your presentation deck with your colleagues - you did not but the file was too big to send it via email. How can you trim it down so that you can send it via your office email?

The easiest way to digitally share visual-heavy PowerPoint presentation decks is to save PowerPoint as PDF and send a PDF version of it. This will instantly cut down the size of the file without compromising the quality of the graphics. It will also let your colleagues print out the document the way it is meant to be read.
