Step 1. Add Comments to PDF

Step 2. Highlight/Strikethrough/Underline Your PDF Files

If you want to strikethrough or Underline your PDF, you still need to go to the "Highlight" button but you need to click on the drop-down "Arrow" icon besides the "Highlight" button. And You will see there are options for strikethrough and underline.

Step 3. Add Stamp and Signature to PDF Files

Just go to the "Markup" tab and choose the "Stamps" button and a window will pup-up immediately. You can choose whatever stamps you like.

To add signature, you still need to go to the "Markup" and choose the "Stamps" icon. You should click on the "Plus" icon in the pup-up. And then you can choose signature already existed or you can just free-hand draw a signature.
