PDF a.k.a Portable Document Format is the easiest yet most secure way of sending and receiving the important documents. Once you have created a PDF file, it will not be edited that easily like a Word, PowerPoint or Excel sheet. Even sometimes when you will copy text from PDF, it will not copy the exact text and the formatting of the copied text will be messed up. Now go back to your PDF file and click on the text that you want to edit, a blue box will be shown around the text which will let you edit the text without any problem.
