To upload PDF files to PDFelement on Windows, you need to move to the bottom left and click on "Open".
On Mac version, click the "Open File" button at the bottom right. Once you click on it will be able to select your PDF file and open with the program.
Editing files on Windows platform are easy. Click on "Edit" on the toolbar and select an action you want. You can select "Add Text", "Edit Text", or Edit Objects". For each action selected, navigate the cursor to desired text field and double-click to begin editing.
On Mac, click on the "Edit" button and then from the options that appear you will be able to modify images, texts and also change font color and style. To resize a PDF on Windows, go to the main menu and click on "File". Scroll down and click on "Optimize" then choose a preferred quality output. To get customized click on "Custom" thereafter you can now click on "Optimize". Your PDF file will be reduced eventually.
For Mac users, go to "File" on the main menu and select "Optimize PDF". The program will then reduce the file size. You can also set a preferred quality output by clicking on "Options". Preview your file before saving it. Finally, click on "Save As" to rename and select the folder to save your file.
