The first step is to open the PDF file you would like to Modify. You can do that by simply dragging and dropping the file to the main window of the program.

To add links to the PDF document, click on "Markup" menu and then choose "Add Links to PDF" icon. Drag the rectangle on your PDF file and then double click on the area you want to add the link. A popup dialog box will appear. Here, choose to either enter a URL of a web page or select a PDF page to link to.
To edit the link, click on the "Link" icon in the tools pane and then right click on the rectangle to activate the editing options. Select "Properties" from the drop down menu and make any changes you want.
To modify pages any way you want, click on "Pages" in the task pane and you will see a number of options on the right hand side to modify pages any want.
If you open a scanned PDF file, the program will display a highlighted notice reminding you to perform OCR. Click the "Perform OCR" button in the notice and once the process is done, a new PDF file will be created. You can then proceed to edit the document anyway you want.
When you are happy with all the changes made, you can go ahead and save the file. Just click on the "Save" icon or hit Command+ S on your keyboard.
