Part 2How to Remove All Comments from PDF on Mac

Step 1. Open PDF File

When you open Wondershare PDFelement for Mac you will see the "Open File" button at the lower right. Click on it to select the commented PDF file. Similarly you can also open the PDF file with the program by clicking on "File" and then select the "Open > From File" option.

Step 2. Select the Comment Type

The file is then displayed on the program. Next click on the "Markup" button on the tool bar. A sub tool bar will appear. On the far right of the sub tool bar is the "Trash" icon. Click on it to select the comments to remove. This software also has an option that allows you to see all the comments that the PDF has or you can simply hide them using the "Hide All Comments" button.

Step 3. Remove All Comments

Next mark on the comments that you used on the PDF and you want to remove them such as "Text Comment", "Callout" and "Text Box" from there, click on the "Remove" icon. The program will then remove all the selected comments types immediately. From there you can save the file to save the changes.
