Picture this: you have just finished merging multiple documents containing multiple images, PowerPoint slides, and some graphs from an Excel sheet into one PDF file. You are going through the new document but find several pages arranged in a disorderly fashion – some graphs are upside down and some sides are facing sideways. For documents intended for business use, such disordered pages create an unprofessional impression and can do more harm than good, irrespective of the accuracy of the content.
Issues with misaligned pages, inconsistent font and images, and PDF pages facing the wrong direction are common. In such scenarios, an application with feature to rotate PDF and save can become a handy tool for personal or business purposes.
Wondershare PDFelement (PDFelement for Mac) is one of the most versatile PDF editing tools to rotate and save PDF in the market today. With over a dozen different functions and features, PDFelement is perfect for just about every other PDF editing task there is to do at home or at the office.
At the core of PDFelement is text editing. Apart from simple edits, users have access to advanced features on the application. These include creation and conversion of PDF documents from other common file formats, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and image files such as JPG.
Getting started with PDFelement is easy. Just download the application, install it, and you will be on your way to fixing your PDF pages for a more professional look. The steps below will help you flip misplaced pages and create professional documents in no time.
By default, the application launches into the Home window that allows users to upload files for editing. Upload your document by selecting "Open" at the bottom of the screen and selecting the file whose pages you want to rotate.
Once the document has been uploaded into the workspace, you are presented with multiple editing and modification features, most of which can be accessed via a single click. At the top menu bar, click the "Page" tab and select "Rotate" to flip your pages.
The Rotate Pages settings window allows you to change the orientation of selected pages. You get to choose between four different forms of orientation. You can also choose the pages to rotate by either selecting all the pages in the document or by selecting a range of pages to flip. You can select the pages according to whether page numbers are even or odd or a combination of both. After you finish rotating, click "OK".
