How to Trim PDF to Adjust Its Margins

PDF printouts can be messy at times. Misaligned or unnecessary content on pages can create a negative impression on professional documents, especially with official documents. Overflowing text and images on a PDF document are normally found where documents are converted to PDF from other poorly formatted documents. Adding pages with a different structure to a PDF document can also distort the overall appearance of the document.

Trimming PDF pages can be achieved by cropping. Trimming helps you achieve consistency and visual flow for your PDF document where pages have different sizes. If you often deal with PDF documents with combined pages, trimming should be a simple task that takes as little time as possible on your busy schedule.
