Part 2Instructions for How to Complete IRS Form 8283

There are two parts for the document. In Part 1, you need to fill up the details of the donations that are made worth less than $5000. Step 1: How to Fill Out Section A, Donated Property of $5,000 or Less and Publicly Traded Securities

Enter Information on Donated Property in Part I:

Columns A, B, and C:

The last column is for explaining the methods you used to determine the value.

Section A-Part II is for Partial Interests and Restricted Use Property. You need to fill the details in the lines 2a to 2e in case you have paid less than the interest of the property that you have listed above.
