  • Combo Box: A combination of text box and list box – a person can choose between options by typing in the field or via the list.
  • List Box: Click on the box to reveal a dropdown menu to make a selection.
  • Button: To initiate an action e.g. calculation, submission, opening files etc.

Step 2. Edit Items

To customise the objects' properties, you need to click on the "Edit Form" button located in the "Forms" ribbon. Then double click on the objects to open their respective Properties window. You can change the general action, appearance, and options etc. to suit your needs.

Step 3. Fill in the Form

After editing the form properties, now you can click the "Close Form Editing" button and then fill in the forms. Click any place in the form to enter your content.

Step 4. Save Your PDF Form

Now to save your hard work: go to "File" and click on "Save as". Choose your destination folder by clicking on the "Browse" button. Your PDF form is now ready to be circulated electronically!
