Click "Add Shape Above" in order to add a name one level above the selected person or "Add Shape Below" in order to add somebody who reports to the chosen employee. In turn, you can choose "Add an Assistant" in order to add a shape under the existing level.

If you are making a company picture organization chart, you can add pictures with the use of the selected template. Choose the picture placeholder in the main shape in order to open the Insert Picture dialog. Browse to the image file from your computer or network and then click "Insert."
