An OF-306 Form or also known as the Declaration for Federal Employment is a type of US legal forms and is simply a documentation for a federal job declaration. In the form it is stated who is the applicant who received the declaration and within is a 3 paged paper that has different sections. The first page is more on a written statement regarding some instructions, and privacy rules. Read the first page carefully for extra information about the form. It is important to know what you are signing for.

Fill out the form. Start from the first box wherein the applicant needs to input their full name including any suffixes to be sure about the identification of the person.
