Are you also in need of importing PDF to LibreOffice? Some of my friends, who have installed LibreOffice on their computer, told me that they wanted to import PDF to LibreOffice for further editing, but they did not know. And after I searched on the Internet, I found a way to import PDF into LibreOffice. And here I’d like to share it with you guys who need it.
A thing which should be made clear is that LibreOffice doesn’t support PDF at all. To import PDF to LibreOffice, users need to change the PDF to LibreOffice supported Word documents. To change PDF to Word document, I myself use Wondershare PDFelement to convert PDF to Word docs.

Right-click on the .exe file to start install PDFelement. After installation, double-click on the quick start icon on your desktop to activate PDFelement.
Drag and drop the files you are going to convert into the program. It supports batch converting PDF to Word documents. So to save time or work more efficiently, you can upload an array of PDF files to convert them at a time.
Navigate to the “Home” menu, click the “To Word” button. You will see a pop-up window with PDF files. If you need to convert batch files, you can click on the “Add File” button to choose PDF files from local folder or the files which have been opened. You can choose specific page range for the PDF files you want to convert, and set the destination folder to save your output files.
Click the “Convert” button to begin the PDF to LibreOffice conversion, in a few seconds, the conversion will be accomplished.
Note: If the files you have imported into PDFelement are scanned documents, you will see a notice which suggests you to enable OCR before perform converting process.
Launch LibreOffice. Click the Open icon on the very left top to browse your computer for the target file. When you find it, open it in LibreOffice. This is it! you've made it!
