PDF has become one of the most common ways of representing documents in schools and businesses. They are portable, easy to share, and accessible over a wide array of software and hardware devices. However, PDF files don't usually start out in PDF format. They are normally created by converting other file types, such as Word, image files, or Excel sheets into PDF.

Unlike most tools, however, PDFelement combines multiple features on one platform, which makes it easy for users to perform additional tasks on their documents without the need for additional downloads and installations.
PDFelement can be used to edit text and images in the same way one would with many word processors. Its editing feature works well - even for scanned documents and images, which can be manipulated thanks to the application's Optical Character Recognition (OCR) module. Its most salient editing features include addition and editing of annotations, headers, footers, watermarks, bates numbers, and bookmarks.
PDFelement makes the conversion process simple from the start. The first application window gives you access to four of the most commonly used functions. You can choose to create, edit, convert, or combine PDF documents conveniently from this window. For our purposes, select the "Create PDF" option to load the text file.
Navigate through your computer or external storage device to locate your file. Once you find it, click it and click "Open" to load it up.
When the text file is displayed on the application window, it means the file was successfully rendered as a PDF file. If you still need to further edit the document, you don't need to go back to the word processor to make the necessary changes. You can add, edit, or delete text and images on the document from PDFelement. If you are working on a report or statistical document, you can add Excel sheets or graphs to make your document more professional.
Once you have made the final changes to the document, save the file to confirm the changes. Simply go to the "File" tab, select "Save As" and give your new PDF file a suitable name. Click "Save" and voila. Your new PDF file is ready for use and distribution.
