For Mac users, click the "Edit" button on the top toolbar to enter the editing mode. Then double click on an image in your PDF. In the pop-up window, click "Extract" and then choose between "Extract Current Image" and "Extract All Images in the PDF File". Specify an destination folder and click "Save" to output the images.
