Internet pages can always be saved in the form of HTML files which later can be viewed on any computer in the web browser. However, if your computer is not connected to the internet, HTML may miss important images or the text on the webpage. The best solution to this problem is to save HTML as PDF. PDF file does not need an internet connection and will never miss any image or the text in the saved link. Moreover, PDF files are more secure and edit-able as compared to the HTML file.
Wondershare PDFelement (Wondershare PDFelement for Mac) is a great program to create, convert, edit, save, lock and fill the PDF forms. While creating the PDF files, you can either create them from a blank file, can use different images to create PDF document or can use a HTML file to create the PDF file. Similarly, a PDF file can also be created from the word document, PowerPoint presentation or even the Excel Sheets. Moreover, once a PDF file is created, you can edit it using different options in the Wondershare PDFelement.
In order to create a PDF file from the HTML file, you don't have to use the conversion feature. You can simply add the file in the Wondershare PDFelement and save it as the PDF file. Moreover, once the PDF file is saved, you can edit it in any way you want. Similarly, you can also perform the OCR on your PDF file which will let you edit the images with the text in Wondershare PDFelement.
Here is the step by step guide to Save HTML as PDF using Wondershare PDFelement on Windows and Mac.
For Windows: Launch the Wondershare PDFelement from the desktop of your computer and hit the "Create PDF" which is shown on the Home window. Now, select the HTML that you want to save as PDF file and click on the "Open" button again.
For Mac: Launch the software and click on "Create PDF" and it will ask you to select a file. You can select HTML file that you want to save as PDF file.
For Windows: Go to the "Edit" tab and you can select the text or change different options for the images in the HTML file.
For Mac: If you want to change text or replace the images in the Wondershare PDFelement, you can hit the "Edit" button and change the text or image. You can also rotate, crop or resize the images in the HTML file if you want to.
For Windows: Click on the "File" tab and select "Save As". Write down the name of the PDF file and hit the Save button.
For Mac: Click on "File" and choose "Save As". Now, select the place where you want to save the PDF file on your computer and hit the "Save" button again.
