How to Add PDF Metadata and Properties

Picture this: a person from your team created a very good report that would be beneficial for many people. Your boss asks you to make it more "visible" to search engines - to do so, you know you need to fill in as much of background information, i.e. metadata, to the file. The problem is that the person who created it is no longer working in the team and you do not have the source file. For Window: After uploading the PDF file on the software, you should click on the "Info" button on the "File" tab, and you will be able to change all elements that has a pencil icon next to the editable fields of the document's Properties on the right-hand column.

For Mac: Once the PDF document is uploaded, you can open the "File" tab and click on "Properties" on the dropdown menu and start to add metadata.
