Part 2Steps for Removing All Annotations from PDF on Mac

Step 1. Open PDF File

First you need to open the PDF file that you want to remove the annotations with the program. Therefore, navigate the cursor to the bottom right and click on "Open File". After clicking on it a new window will appear allowing to select the annotated file and open it. You can also click on the "File > Open" button and select the file.

Step 2. Select the Annotations to Remove

The PDF file will now be shown on the program. Next click on "Markup" icon on the tool bar and you will see a sub tool bar that will appear. On it move to the right side and click on "Hide All Comments" to view the comments on the file. From there, click the "Trash" icon next to it and select the annotations you want to remove.

Step 3. Remove All Annotations

Once you have marked on the annotations that were you used on the PDF file, click on the "Remove" button. The batch removal will begin immediately. You can terminate the batch annotations removal by clicking on "Cancel".
