Part 2 Steps for Writing in PDF Form

Below are the steps for how to type on a PDF form on Windows using Wondershare PDFelement. If you have a Mac computer, please try Wondershare PDFelement for Mac.

Step 1. Import the Target PDF Form

Launch PDFelement on your computer and then open the form you want to type on with Wondershare PDFelement. To do this, you can click the Open button on the Home window.

Step 2. Type on Interactive Form

If the form you've imported is an interactive form, then the program will detect it and prompt an information bar. Click the "Highlight Fields" button and then move your mouse to the interactive field, click it to write on it.

Step 3. Type in Non-Interactive Form

If there is no interactive field, to add text, just go to the "Edit" menu on the toolbar. Then choose the "Add Text" button and click on the blank area to add a text block for entering text. After you complete writing on the PDF form, click the "Save" icon on the top-left of the main interface to save this form.

Step 4. Edit PDF Form
