Step 1. Open PDF File

On the Home window of the program, click on the "Open File" button and upload the file. Another way to open file with the program is to click on "File" and then "Open > From File". You can also get the PDF file from recent documents panel if you had opened with the program.

Step 2. Choose Batch Encrypt

On the new window that happens, you can now search for the "Protection" button. This button is located on the lower right hand side of the screen. Click on "Protection" and then scroll through and click on the "Batch Encrypt" button. Next click on permissions options, provide permission password, and confirm it. After that click on "Next".

Step 3. Batch Protection

What follows is for you to add all the PDF files that you want to protect with the same passwords you have created. Click on the "Add" button and upload the files. Next to it is a folder icon that allows you to upload a folder with the PDF files to protect. Once you have uploaded all the files you can now proceed and click on the "OK" button on the bottom right.

Next select where to save your protected files and save them by clicking on the "OK" button.
