After installation, run PDFelement on your computer. Then click the "Open" button ("Open File" button on Mac version) to browse your local folder and select the PDF that you want to redact.
Go to the "Protect" tab and then choose the "Mark for Redaction". Now use your mouse to select the image you want to redact.
For Mac users, you can clcik the "Redaction" button on the top right corner and then select an image by drawing a rectangle.
