1st Reason: PDF file can't be opened because it is protected by a password or the user have restricted from the metadata of the PDF file.

Once the PDF file is opened, go to the main tab of Wondershare PDFelement and click on "Edit Text" button. Now, you can move your cursor around any text present in the PDF file and edit it. Similarly, in order to edit an image, click on the "Edit Object" button and double click on the image to edit it.
