How to Amend PDF on Mac (macOS Sierra Included)

Step 1: Amend PDF Text on Mac

To amend text in PDF on Mac, first open the PDF file on the PDFelement for Mac (you can do this by dragging and dropping the file) and then click on the "Edit" button and click on the text you want to edit.

You will see a blue text box around the text. Double click the text to bring up the cursor inside the box and then go ahead and make changes to the text. You can select the text to change its font size, font color and more.

Step 2: Amend PDF Image on Mac

To alter images on the PDF file, click on "Edit" in the main toolbar and then click on the image you want to amend. You will see a blue box around the image. Click on its edge to drag the image to the desired size.

To delete the image, click on the "Edit" button, and then select the image. Press the "Delete" key to delete it.

To replace, extract, crop or rotate the image, just double click on the image and you'll see a new window with 4 options to deal with the image.

Step 3: Alter PDF Page on Mac

To edit pages on your PDF, click on "Pages" in the Task Pane on the right toolbar. You will then see a number of options on the right that you can choose from to amend the pages.

How to Alter PDF File in Windows (Windows 10 Included)

Step 1: Alter PDF Text on Windows

Once the document is open in PDFelement, you can click on "Edit" in the main toolbar and then click on "Edit Text".

Click on the text you would like to edit and a text box will appear around it. Click inside it to bring up the cursor and then change the text anyway you want. You can also change the font size, font and color of the text.

Step 2: Alter PDF Images on Windows

To edit the images, click on "Edit" in the main toolbar and then choose "Edit Objects".

Again, you can click on the image you want to edit and you will see a blue box around it. You can drag the box to alter the size or rotate the image. You can also delete the image by hitting "Delete" on your keyboard.

Step 3: Amend PDF Pages on Windows

To edit the pages, click on "Pages" in the main toolbar and you should see a bunch of options corresponding to what you want. You can choose to "Delete", "Insert", "Rotate", "Split" and "Extract".
