How to Make Changes to PDF on Mac (macOS Sierra Included)
Launch Wondershare PDFelement on your Mac and click on the "Open File" on the main interface of the program. Select the PDF files that you want to change from the "Finder" and click on the "Open" button again.
Once the PDF file is imported to the program, you can easily change text in the PDF file or can add new text to the PDF file. Click on the "Edit" button and go to the text that you want to edit. By double tapping on the text, it will add a blue box around the text which will let you edit the text. You can also select the text and can change the font, color or styling of the text.
Just like the text, you can change the "Images" by clicking the same "Edit" button on the screen. Double Click on the Image that you want to edit and it will open another window. On this window, you can use "Replace, Extract, Crop or Rotate the Image".
Click on the "Markup" button on the top bar and click on the "Edit Link" icon which will show all the links present on the PDF file. Now, double click on the link and here you can replace the links with the new link or can change the attribution for the link.
In order to make a change in PDF pages, you can click of many options on the right hand side of the screen. For example; if you want to rotate a PDF page, you can click on the "Rotate Page" button under "Pages" and select the rotation angle for the PDF file. Similarly, other changes can be applied to the Pages in PDF file such as "Extract, Delete, Crop and Replace".
How to Change PDF in Windows (Windows 10 Included)
First of all, open the PDF file in Wondershare PDFelement, you can either directly open the PDF file with Wondershare PDFelement or can launch the program and import the PDF in it by clicking on "Open..." button on the bottom of the screen.
All of major changes can be done by clicking on the "Edit" tab present on the top bar of Wondershare PDFelement. Click on "Edit Text" under this tab to change PDF text. Now, click on the text that you want to change and you will be able to make change in the text.
Unlike Mac version, windows version will let you crop or resize the image in PDF file directly from the same window. Click on the "Edit Objects" under "Edit" tab on the program. Now, select the image that you want to change. In order to rotate image, right click on it and select "Rotate" option from the menu.
Click on the "Edit" tab and hit the "Link" button on the screen. Now, Right click on the link and select the "Edit" again to change the link in the PDF file.
All options to change PDF pages will be present under "Pages" tab such as "Insert, Delete, Crop, or Split". Just select an option and select the pages where you want to apply that option. Finally, click on the "OK" button to change the particular option for the page.
