Step 1. Import PDF Files

Click on the program icon to activate PDFelement. Drag and drop the files you are going to edit into the program.

Step 2. Move to the Edit Tab

Go to the "Edit" tab, here you can see the group of editing functions, as "Edit Text", "Edit Objects", "Add Text" , "Add Image" and more.

Go to Google Drive and log in with your account. Upload your files by clicking on the "Upload" icon.
Then right-click on the file you upload and select "Open with >　Google Docs".
In the pop-up window, browse and select the target image and then click "Open" to import it.
Now, you can edit the words in the PDF file. Only that you are actually editing the words that are extracted from the PDF file.

Shortcomings:

Can't open the file with Google Docs sometimes.
You are not actually editing the PDF files in Google Docs. Just Google Docs recognizes the texts in your PDF files and copy them to its Google Docs so that you can edit the words.
The format or images of the PDF files are not retained.
There are more editing functions that are missing in Google Docs, like adding pages, deleting pages and more.
