What To Do If I Don't Receive Registration Code after Purchase?
After purchasingn the order successfully, you will receive an email with registration code sent to your email address automatically. If you haven't received it yet, please check whether the payment goes through successfully. Please wait a while for the system to generate and activate the registration code for you after your order has been processed successfully, and then register the program again.
Also, when you purchase the program from us directly, the registration code will be displayed on the webpage directly after your order has been completed.
If you miss out the webpage with registration code, you can retrieve the code via our online retrieval system. When you retrieve, you will need to enter the e-mail address that you submitted when you pay for program. If you still are unable to retrieve your registration information, contact us directly with the Licensed e-mail or the Order ID.
If you buy the program from our agents, resellers, eBay, or the App Store, we will not have your order information in our system, as they do not share customer information for privacy reasons. You can contact them request more information about your order and program.
