How Do I Tell The Difference Between A Normal PDF And A Scanned PDF?
To know the difference between a normal PDF and a scanned PDF, you can import both format documents into PDFelement. The file would be a normal PDF if the content can be selected and edited. If the file is a scanned PDF, you will see the popup tip to tell you that the present file is a scanned PDF, and you can use OCR function to turn it into editable.
