You can use PDFelement for iOS to create PDFs using the Scan function directly. First Launch PDFelement for iOS and navigate to the down right corner menu. Click "+" option then proceed to "Scan".

PDFelement for iOS can change your mobile device to work as a walking scanner. You simply need to select and connect your mobile device with the program. After you have successfully connected your mobile device, select photos from your mobile device that you would like to create to be PDF files.

Note: You can upgrade to the Pro version to enjoy more functions. You can purchase PDFelement Pro for iOS through the button in the software.
