What Do I Do If PDFelement Fails to Edit PDF?

1. After opening your PDF file, hit the "Edit" button on the top toolbar to edit the text as you need.

2. In case this fails to work, please check whether it is a scanned PDF file or the image-based file. Actually, when you load your PDF file in the product, if you get a notice to inform you it is a scanned file, then you need to perform OCR before editing it.
Click the "Perform OCR" button in the notice, click the "Change Language" button to choose the correct language of your PDF content to execute. Please refer to the link of https://pdf.wondershare.com/pdfelement/user-guide.html#perform_ocr to know how to perform it. Please click the "Edit" button to edit the text after the OCR process is completed.
