Why Is the Converted File Still Non-Editable?

If the converted file is non-editable, it means your PDF file is the scanned file or the image-based file, so you need to use the OCR function in PDFelement to convert it. After opening the product, please click the "Convert PDF" box to load your PDF file, choose the option of "Enable OCR", click the "Options" button to choose the correct language of your PDF content in the OCR tab to convert your file again, the new converted file should be editable. You can refer to the link below to know how to convert.
