How to Add Bates Number to PDF on Mac

Bates numbering is a useful PDF tool for lawyers as it can help label and account for the PDF page by creating a unique number for it. The Bates Numbering function in Wondershare PDFelement for Mac allows you to add Bates Numbers to the pages easily and quickly.

1. Add Bates Numbering

• Please go to "Batch" > "Bates Numbering".
• Click "+ Add..." to add the file you need to add bates Numbering and click the "+" button on the right panel.
• In the pop-up window, please create bates numbering as needed. Click "Save" after editing.

2. Remove Bates Numbering

• After opening a PDF file with bates numbering in the program, please click the "Batch" > "Batch Remove" button. Click "+Add..." to open the file from which you want to remove bates numbering, and select "Bates Numbering" on the right side. Next, click "Apply" and choose an output folder to save the new file.
